Allow and Deny IP List
Introduction
The Protection tab in the Thinfinity Workspace Configuration Manager allows administrators to specify a list of trusted IP addresses or ranges explicitly permitted access to Thinfinity® Workspace. Additionally, it enables the blocking of IP addresses deemed insecure for the environment, allowing the creation of a blacklist for enhanced security control.

Allow list
- Open the Configuration Manager and click on the Protection tab.
- To create an Allow list, click Add, enter the IP address or Mask in the pop-up dialog, and click OK.
- The following picture shows that the IP address or Mask must be added to the Allow list. Apply the changes to finish the process.
Deny list
- Open the Configuration Manager and click on the Protection tab.
- To create a Deny list, click Add, enter the IP address or Mask in the pop-up dialog, and click OK.
- The following picture shows that the IP address or Mask must be added to the Deny list. Apply the changes to finish the process.
