The Protection tab in the Thinfinity Workspace Configuration Manager allows administrators to specify a list of trusted IP addresses or ranges explicitly permitted access to Thinfinity® Workspace. Additionally, it enables the blocking of IP addresses deemed insecure for the environment, allowing the creation of a blacklist for enhanced security control.

Open the Configuration Manager and click on the Protection tab.
To create an Allow list, click Add, enter the IP address or Mask in the pop-up dialog, and click OK
.
The following picture shows that the IP address or Mask must be added to the Allow list. Apply the changes to finish the process.
