How to Back Up the Database
During the uninstallation process, the databases aren't modified or deleted, but as a good practice, it's recommended to do a backup of them.
The databases are located in the folder C:\ProgramData\Cybele Software\Thinfinity\Workspace. Here are stored all of the Workspace Configurations, bookings, and profiles.
