How to Back Up the Database
During the uninstallation process, the databases are not modified or deleted. However, as a best practice, it is recommended to back them up beforehand.
The databases are located in the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Cybele Software\Thinfinity\Workspace.
This folder contains all Workspace configurations, bookings, and user profiles.
